As per the order of Honourable Supreme Court in the Special Leave Petition (SLP) # 1751/2024 dated 19/01/2024 against the order in Public Interest Litigation (PIL) #576/2020 dated 06/01/2023 by Honourable Allahabad High Court, the School Managing Committee has decided to adjust 7.5% (i.e. half of total 15% to be returned to students) fees of the Academic Year 2020-21 equally in each of the 4 quarters of the Academic Year 2024-25 so as to bring down the effective quarterly fee to be paid by the parents as follows:

The remaining 7.5% of the total fee of Academic Year 2020-21 to be refunded will be adjusted in the next Academic Session 2025-26.
Moreover, as per our understanding, in accordance with the special leave to appeal (C) No. 11388/2023 arising out of impugned final judgement and order dated 06/01/2023 in PIL No. 576/2020 passed by the Honourable Allahabad High Court, the matter is still subjudice.
